⑵ 英文邀請函格式範文
這個我們經常寫，就是辦理簽證用，都是用有公司信息的信紙寫，頁眉是公司LOGO,頁腳是公司名字地址電話傳真啥的，正文跟下面這樣就行了，最後簽字蓋公章。

We are very pleased to invite Mr. ＊＊＊ come to our factory for visiting and business negotiation. The business trip will start from 18th April 2005 . And because the long business co-operation in future between ＊＊對方公司名 and us, they will come to China for many times.

⑶ 英文邀請函的正確格式
英文邀請函一般正式的文體前面都不空格，且段落間是要空一行的。格式如下：

As we agreed, you'll be speaking on the topic "" from [time] to [time]. There will be an additional minutes for questions.

⑷ 英語作文的邀請信模板
邀請信的格式如下：
開頭即表明邀請原因，邀請對方參加活動。邀請信中間要介紹活動的具體內容，強調活動的意義，表明參加這項活動的必要性，使得邀請成功。信的結尾，請期待對方盡早確定是否參與，並給自己回復。
